Following her nursing career she worked for a short period as a financial planner for Acuma (The financial planning arm of American Express).

Barbara then moved into Medical device sales, where she excelled in sales and sales management.
Barbara had success with Barnes Hygiene which was apart of the Countrywide care network, a distributor who sold a variety of products to the private healthcare market for companies like Huntleigh Healthcare, Bristol Maid & Molnyncke.

Barbara was then recruited by Bard Ltd for their Urology division where she earned many awards including Eagles club for outstanding sales for 4 years running and Directors club twice for on target sales for 5 consecutive years.

Following outstanding success at Bard, Barbara then joined American Medical Systems where she successfully grew their implant business before briefly relocating to Australia.

Upon Barbara's return to the UK, she joined Femcare-Nikomed where she won the Urology salesperson of the year before being promoted to Sales Manager. Barbara then set up Surgix in 2007 and has worked with companies including PNN Medical, American Medical Systems and Boston Scientific.

Barbara is results driven with both a clinical and sales background.

During his tenure Gary achieved multiple President's Club awards for International Manager of the year and Country of the year.

Gary relocated to the UK in mid 2003 and shortly afterwards joined Uroplasty Ltd as Director of Sales. Following success in reversing a two-year negative sales trend in his first year and sourcing a new product line, Gary was promoted to Managing Director, continuing the sales and product growth. Gary grew profit margins to record levels prior to streamlining the Uroplasty UK operational structure and then transitioning to Surgix full-time in August 2008.

Gary is experienced in sales & general management and product & team development processes for direct and distributor networks in the EU & Asia Pacific regions.
